When you buy a shirt: your name, email address, delivery address and what you ordered. When you email us: your address and whatever you write. Your card details go straight to Stripe and we never see them.
We don't send marketing emails and we never sell your data.
Some of these companies handle data outside the UK, including in the US. They rely on recognised safeguards for that, such as the UK's data transfer agreements or the UK-US data bridge.
Order records stay for up to seven years, because HMRC requires us to keep them. Emails that aren't about an order are kept for up to two years.
This site doesn't set cookies of its own and has no analytics or advertising trackers. The checkout page loads Stripe, which uses cookies to take payment and prevent fraud.
You can ask for a copy of your data, and ask us to correct it, delete it, limit how we use it or send it to someone else. You can also object to how we use it. Email [email protected]. It's free and we'll reply within a month. We may have to keep tax records even if you ask us to delete them.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
